Family of Four in 640 Feet

One of the entries in Apartment Therapy’s Small Cool contest is a "two bedroom" New York City studio apartment where a family of four has deftly figured out how to live.  Granted the two bedrooms is actually the kid’s loft where their pre-schooler and baby sleep and a cozy cubby where mom and dad sleep on a queen-size bed with storage and tv in the walls.  To pull it all off, they studied lots of books on boat design and got advice from friends who live part-time in boats and RV’s.  See the slideshow here.

that’s amazing. Makes me think about how much JUNK is in my house, and how I want to get rid of all of it.
Can you say, garage sale??
