That’s amazing looking. A coincidence (to me) is that I just posted my Lotsa Dots Garland as an Easter craft on my site: http://smalltownfun.squarespace.com/journal/2007/3/27/easter-craft-ideas.html

Here’s directions if you need a quick, low-fi version of the above:
For the Lots of Dots Garland you need: Giant circle (shape) hole punch & a load of Vanity Fair back issues. You can get the punch at a craft store that carries scrapbooking gear. You’ll also need fishin’ line, a glue stick, a pkg. of 3M Command Adhesive Mini Hooks. 1. Punch as many circles as you need. Look for a variety of colors, cameos, cartoons or just stick to a color theme. 2. Glue them back-to-back with the fishing line sandwiched in between. 3. Continue to do this, spacing the circles out about two inches apart. 4. Attach the hooks at intervals to the upper third of your wall. Space them far enough apart that the garland hangs down like a garland should. Hints: When making your garland, be sure to leave a length of line with no dots at each end for hanging. Test the hooks on your wall to be sure they come off. After the party, remove hooks according to directions and remove them slowly.
